Join us for a cozy evening on the rooftop, a seasonal organic 5 course menu, communal dining, a special selection of drinks and a Kombucha pairing in collaboration with DAMO???????????? The menu is inspired by the change of season, with an additional option for the evening of either alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink pairings and organic and biodynamic wines???????? We’ll be featuring DAMO, a Copenhagen-based kombucha brewery and distillery known for its artisanal, non-alcoholic kombucha creations???? Damian from DAMO will guide the kombucha pairing, including a special kombucha made in collaboration with Gro Spiseri, called “Autumn on the Rooftop” made with fig leaves and sunflower petals????
