Starter: jimbaran grilled cod collar with spring onion oil and sambal matah relish, rice crackers Main: flat bread with rendang (Indonesian slow cooked curry), kale crisps, grilled fennikel, beans and mushrooms, and basil Dessert: Pisang goreng (banana fritters) with coconut gelato and aren sugar pandan caramel Neysa Ardelia’s intention is to give back to her home country, focusing on environment, women and children.
