Celebrating Indonesian roots, promoting its cuisine and culture, and giving back to the community: that is, what Neysa Ardelia is working on all over Europe – by gathering the Indonesian diaspora – and currently specifically in Copenhagen. Now she’s cooking a 3-course dinner at Tilda on March 6th. THE MENU (345 kr.) Starter: jimbaran grilled cod collar with spring onion oil and sambal matah relish, rice crackers Main: flat bread with rendang (Indonesian slow cooked curry), kale crisps, grilled fennikel, beans and mushrooms, and basil Dessert: Pisang goreng (banana fritters) with coconut gelato and aren sugar pandan caramel Neysa Ardelia’s intention is to give back to her home country, focusing on environment, women and children. Thus, the profit of this dinner will be sent to help flood aid in Tamiang through @fruitravejourney. Indonesian tunes by @__ricebaby.
