Korea’s Autumn

While my latest trip to Korea is still warm in my heart, I am happy to announce my next pop up @transeating , Seks cafe, where I had the first work meeting, when I moved to Denmark. I will prepare 5 hearty course of meal including dessert: Amuse bouche Seaweed rice wrap (miyuk sambap) 1st, Market style pumpkin soup (shijang hobakjuk) 2nd, Golakbi Korean style (kimchi cabbage roll) 3rd, Beet kimchi mandu (dumpling) 4th, Muk-namul bibimbap with banchan (side dish) Dessert, chapssal bukumi with shikhae (old style Korean mochi with sweet red bean filling & rice punch) I am over the moon excited of working with wonderful people at the cafe, whom are welcoming me with such warmth and support.
