On this Saturday evening, we have three friends taking over our kitchen for a very special, zero waste dinner. Laura (Andersen&Maillard), Chiara (Geranium) and Andrea (Hahnemanns Køkken) are preparing a 4-course dinner, that starts at 7pm, and uses bread as a base thought. The dinner service starts at 7pm and costs kr.395 / person. The menu is available in a vegetarian version as well. MENU: 1. Focaccia game How many ways can you eat a focaccia? 2. Panzanella Giving an old bread a new life in a vibrant salad 3. Baker's fish and chips Fish breaded in breadcrumbs, fries and mashed peas (veggie option with lion's mane mushroom) 4.
