Levantine Morning by Christianshavn Canal

On Saturday the 24th, Carmel takes over Mamaka Store by the Christianshavn canal, turning our little home-cooks’ counter into a sunlit Levantine bakery. We’ll be rolling out sesame-crusted simit Bagels, Challah bread and a rich chocolate babka—each shaped by family recipes handed down carefully with love through generations ???? We’ll also serve authentic Turkish coffee and tea, along with different homemade preserves, jars of tangy spring ferments and sweet seasonal jams.
