Same menu, same vibes I’m cooking a menu inspired by my time living and working in the kitchen in Marseille, bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of France and the Mediterranean to the table. The menu will be pescatarian, served in three rounds—starters, mains & dessert—made with seasonal, local produce and designed for sharing.
