On June 29th, Norrlyst – Sommer på Volden will be joined by Sylvester Andersen, Head Chef at Sølyst – Den Kongelige Skydebane. Sylvester is known for his uncompromising approach to seasonal ingredients, technical precision, and experience from some of Denmark’s most ambitious Michelin-starred kitchens. Together with the Norrlyst kitchen team, he will create a menu consisting of 2 snacks, 4 courses, and 2 desserts – 8 servings in total, developed exclusively for this one evening. Two styles.
