On June 29th, Norrlyst – Sommer på Volden will be joined by Sylvester Andersen, Head Chef at Sølyst – Den Kongelige Skydebane. Sylvester is known for his uncompromising approach to seasonal ingredients, technical precision, and experience from some of Denmark’s most ambitious Michelin-starred kitchens.
