After a wonderful first evening together in April, we’re welcoming Priya Mani @priya.mani.design back to Omada Wine & Deli for another Plat du Jour event.

Expect a delicious selection of shareable dishes inspired by Priya’s work and travels through flavour, local ingredients and food traditions - from focaccia with caramelised shallots to olives with walnuts & herbs and new potatoes with creamy Peruvian pepper sauce.

As always, wines and drinks will be poured generously throughout the evening & big bottles will surely be opened.

Priya Mani is an award-winning food writer and designer working across flavour, ingredients and material culture through her Copenhagen-based Appetite Studio.
