For our next Plat du Jour, MAOMAO is back at Omada for an evening of Thai street food, bold flavours and dishes made to share 🇹🇭
After heading back to Thailand this summer, MAOMAO returned to Copenhagen craving the food they grew up with. This time, they’re bringing some of those flavours to Østerbro.
ON THE MENU
🌭 Sai Krok Isan
Fermented pork sausage with rice and glass noodles, served with pickled ginger, herbs & cabbage.
🌶️ Laab Kai
Minced chicken with toasted rice, fish sauce, dried chilli & fresh lime, served with sticky rice.
🥥 Khanom Ko
Soft glutinous rice dumplings filled with palm sugar and finished with fresh coconut.
Thai street food, inspired by home and made to be shared.
