Damian from DAMO is cooking up a dish from his childhood and heritage: Kluski Śląskie, a traditional Silesian potato dumplings served with braised beef and mushrooms. These dumplings come from the Silesia region of Poland, where generations have gathered around Sunday tables to share them with rich gravies and slow-cooked meats. Soft, round, and marked with a thumbprint to catch every drop of sauce, they're pure comfort food.
