Bobby and Sonia, the culinary duo behind Rantao — a project inspired by the Indonesian word for “wandering.” They’re back in Copenhagen for a one-day pop-up at Pauli Sydhavnen on March 29th. With a journey spanning the Maldives, Dubai, and Copenhagen, and now based in Berlin, Rantao blends traditional Asian flavors with modern techniques, honoring their roots while embracing global influences.
