Roots 5th Anniversary

Join us for a very special evening at Roots Vinbar as we celebrate our 5th anniversary together with the arrival of spring 🌱 On April 9th at 18:30, we are incredibly excited to welcome guest chef Mikkel Karstad — renowned chef and author of Evergreen — who will join forces with Félix Chamorro, owner and sommelier of Roots Vinbar, for a unique culinary collaboration. Inspired by the season and Mikkel’s deep love for vegetables and nature, the evening will feature a spring-driven menu served family sharing style, highlighting fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. Félix will curate a wine pairing designed to lift the dishes, spark conversation, and celebrate the joy of sharing wine and food together.
