One day, they hope to open a small restaurant - so stop by, support their dream, and be part of their very first pop-up. ???? Qian is from Sichuan, home to one of China’s most beloved cuisines, known for its bold flavors, chili heat, and numbing peppercorns. Together with her partner Peter, they bring the taste of Sichuan street food culture to Copenhagen. Everything is handmade from scratch, from the dumpling dough to the juicy fillings. ???? Menu ???? Spicy Peanuts (四川麻辣花生) A Sichuan classic — crunchy peanuts tossed with chili and peppercorns. Traditionally served with drinks in China, it’s the perfect way to start the evening. ⚪️ Bao – Steamed Buns (酱肉蒸包) Soft, fluffy buns filled with juicy braised pork. ???? Siu Mai (糯米烧卖) Classic dumplings filled with sticky rice and savory goodness. ????
