Six-Hands Dinner with Geranium and Falsled Kro at Paula Geranium, Falsled Kro, and Paula in one evening? It sounds like a dream, but on March 28 it becomes reality when we open the doors to this gastronomic Kinder egg featuring the very best of Danish gastronomy in Carlsberg Byen. For this special night, Head Chef Stefan Hansen has invited Artur Kazaritski from Geranium and Simon Juel from Falsled Kro to create an extraordinary six-hands dinner, where each of the three chefs will present two dishes each. The menu is priced at 1,650 DKK, or 2,600 DKK including wine pairing. About the guest chefs Artur Kazaritski is originally from Estonia and has been part of the team at Geranium for many years, where he now serves as sous chef. In 2021, he represented Estonia at Bocuse d’Or, the world’s most prestigious chef competition, finishing 7th place. In both 2023 and 2024, he also won Sol over Gudhjem, Denmark’s largest cooking competition. In 2023, Simon Juel became only the fourth head chef at Falsled Kro since the restaurant opened in 1971. Under his leadership, Falsled Kro has expanded its impressive kitchen garden and strengthened collaborations with local producers who supply exceptional ingredients from Funen. The inn’s cuisine remains firmly rooted in deep flavor and classic French craftsmanship. This evening will be a unique opportunity to experience some of Denmark’s most talented chefs working side by side in the warm and cozy setting of Paula in Carlsberg Byen. We’re incredibly excited!
