Social Spa & Sauna Club is a 3-hour wellness session with sauna, cold plunge and time to relax and connect.

Join us on 20. June from 1pm to 4pm in the wellness area at 25hours Hotel Indre By. Move through the space at your own pace. Heat, cold, rest and conversation.

Expect guided sauna gus rounds and breathwork sessions led by Gretha Storm. Learn how to slow down, breathe and find your rhythm. Ask questions, try new routines or just enjoy the moment.

There are sunbeds, a cold plunge pool, indoor and outdoor showers and a lounge area to settle in. Tea, coffee, infused water and sweet snacks are included. Come solo or with friends and take a few hours to reset.
