Sunday Porchetta Sandwich

Sunday, March 22 We’re very happy to welcome back our friend Ernesto, who will be taking over the kitchen for a special POP-UP focused on a casual deli classic: Porchetta Sandwiches. Porchetta is an Italian specialty made with pork belly stuffed with aromatic herbs, rolled, tied, and slowly roasted until the skin becomes perfectly crispy and the meat tender and juicy. Ernesto will serve it in his own recipe on fresh focaccia. Perfect for a hangover day 😉 To stay or to go. We’ll have two options available (including one veggie/vegan): • Porchetta, artichoke salsa & pecorino • Farinata (chickpea flatbread), grilled aubergine, garlic & chilli We start serving from 13:00 until sold out.
