Taste of Ukraine: Modern Ukrainian Cuisine at the Pop-Up Dinner by beshket and Brand Chef Maryna Korsun
On January 31st, we're hosting a pop-up dinner dedicated to modern Ukrainian cuisine — in collaboration with Beshket, an upcoming Ukrainian food-spot opening in Copenhagen later this year. You'll meet Maryna Korsun, a Kyiv-based chef and Beshket's brand chef, who will guide you through a menu that shows how contemporary Ukrainian cuisine grows from tradition while speaking a bold, modern language. On the menu: Ptashka bun with clarified butter, smoked honey & Drohobych salt Borsch with smoked pear & yaska beans Wild mushroom pâté with Vinnytsia truffles Kachana kasha from Opishnia with rabbit-stuffed cabbage rolls Buckwheat honey cake with buckwheat popcorn Svitiaz donut with raspberries Most dishes are prepared using seasonal Ukrainian products.
