Wine Tasting: Put Wine Into Words

Join us for a relaxed and inspiring wine tasting led by Philip Worth from Bisou Vin Friday 30/01. Phil has a long history in the Copenhagen restaurant scene and is also participating each year in the Danish Championship of Blindtasting. In 2025 he started his own wine import and is already working with many of the best restaurants and wine bars in town. The tasting will revolve around putting what you see, smell and taste into words and to gain more confidence when ordering wine or talking about wine in general. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced wine lover, everyone is welcome — no prior wine knowledge is needed and there are no stupid questions. “Put your shoulders down, raise your glass and let the conversations flow! That is what wine is all about”. The tasting will last around 1.5 hours, snacks will be served during the tasting. After the tasting Phil will stay and hang with us so feel free to keep the conversations going and chat to him if you have more questions. This is the perfect moment to continue the conversation, share impressions about the wines ;) Time: 16.00 – around 18.00 Language: English or Danish if all participants are danish speakers :) ✨ Guests are welcome to stay longer and enjoy more wine to celebrate the weekend.
