Winemaker’s Dinner with Caaaaaaat! On June 20, we’re thrilled to welcome Christophe Kaczmarek to Vinfar - the man behind the wild and wonderful Caaaaaaat Collection. With roots in French wine and a passion for low-intervention winemaking, Christophe has been crafting bold, nerdy and expressive wines since 2019. This evening, he’ll be pouring 7 standout wines while sharing stories from the cellar and vineyard – the wines, the makers, and the life behind the bottle.
