WINEMAKER’S DINNER WITH NIKLAS RÜCKRICH⁠

A 3-course seasonal dinner at Rascal paired with a guided tasting of three wines by winemaker Niklas Rückrich.⁠

We’re welcoming Niklas Rückrich from Rheinhessen, Germany to Rascal for a wine tasting and dinner.⁠

For the evening, Niklas will guide us through three of his wines, served as tasting pours, while sharing more about the wines, his vineyards and his approach to winemaking.⁠

Alongside the tasting, we’ll serve a 3-course seasonal dinner from the Rascal kitchen, with dishes selected to accompany the wines throughout the evening.⁠

Niklas is a 4th generation winemaker who took over his family’s 14-hectare winery after starting his own low-intervention wine production in 2021. Working with varieties such as Riesling, Weissburgunder, Chardonnay and Spätburgunder, his wines are shaped by the cooler climate of western Rheinhessen and the area’s volcanic soils.⁠

Tickets are 595 DKK per person, including dinner and the tasting of three wines.⁠
