Remember to order some veggie sides to prevent a stroke and bring a couple of bottles of natural wines from your private collection to the table and ask to pay a corkage fee.«

I have always admired their methodic approach to improve quality and sustainability and their insistence on why these can never be separated. Ved Stranden 10»I rarely leave Nørrebro, but going here could be a reason to do so. The place was a first mover and has become an institution among wine bars in Europe. It’s the one and only place to explore there world of Austrian wines alongside a second to none selection of Burgundy’s and Nebbiolo’s. Service is sharp but informal and the setting is the best in the city. Both in and out.«
