Friday, November 14, from 18-21 🧀 In winter, the restaurant Tilda and Karl serves Swiss cheese fondue, a meal that traditionally brings people together for a good conversation. And we're going to talk about cheese! 🧀 A Slow Food Talk about food traditions and nerdy questions about Swiss cheese. The world-famous Emmental cheese for example is included in Slow Food's biodiversity catalog "Ark of Taste". 🧀 We will speak with the award-winning Swiss: farmer Jürg Wyss and cheesemaker Mike Glauser from "Jumi". Hopefully as a livestreamed Zoom conversation - alternatively as a video. 🧀 Communal dinner at long tables with Swiss fondue served with bread, potatoes and pickles.
