British Roast Dinner

On April 18th, Daniel Jameson and Ondrej Novotny will bring the tradition of the Sunday roast into a dinner setting! Daniel, originally from Wales, started his career in UK gastropubs before moving to Copenhagen in 2017. Ondrej, from the Czech Republic, spent years in the UK – including at the two-Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers – and is now part of the team at Pirlo on Amager. Expect a full roast spread built around deep flavours and proper technique: – Roast beef & braised short rib, Yorkshire pudding, duck fat potatoes, roasted carrot – Cauliflower cheese & buttered spring cabbage – Rhubarb and custard trifle Booking is now open via our website!
