Miko&Yono's Polish-Japanese Dinner at Tilda

A 5-course menu that takes you from Poland to Japan in one bite? Jatak! Miko(laj) from Syto and Yoko from Tamura are visiting us together just for one night on November 27th!
 
Mikolaj, originally from Poland, has spent many years in Copenhagen, working for some of the best local restaurants. A couple of years ago, he decided to focus more on collaborations to find new inspiration and share knowledge with others in the food industry, while creating unforgettable experiences for his guests.

His partner this time is Yoko – head chef and founder of Spice Parlor Tamura –, who is currently spending a few months in Europe on a special project, exploring local ingredients with Japanese, Indian and Middle Eastern inspirations. Her goal is to bring a fresh perspective to Japanese cuisine, reimagining classics with seasonal products.

On November 27th, for one night only, they will cook for us a 5-course dinner with inspirations from their own roots, infused by all of their experiences from their travels. Seats are available through our website, we hope to see you on this evening!
