A night of paprika and the best of Hungarian cuisine – by a chef with a Michelin past? Sign us up! On February 9th, Roland Havan is cooking us a 4-course dinner, revolving around the powdered gold of Hungary, paprika, based on his grandmother’s recipes. Roland is a Hungarian-born chef with an international career, formerly at Jordnær, Barr, Alouette, and Kappo Ando. Although he’s passionate about Nordic cuisine, for this night, he’ll be taking us on a journey through some Hungarian classics. Check the menu below and head to our website to book your table!
