Join us for an intimate pop-up dinner, focusing on savoury pie by Dmitrijs Kudina and Simone De Gaetano – two chefs from the Michelin-starred gem of Nørrebro, Jatak! We’re thrilled to welcome chefs Dmitrijs and Simone, originally from Latvia and Italy, who have been cooking for quite a few years now at Jatak. Their shared passion lies in seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine and in working closely with local butchers, farmers, and fish purveyors.
