FRIDAY 21/03/25 16:00-20:00 We’re ready for another round of Plat du Jour, this time with Matthew from @kioskenpaaodden , who will be serving two of the most traditional street foods from Chengdu in the Sichuan Province: The first dish of this epic combo is Tian Shui Mian, or Sweet Water Noodles. A comforting dish consisting of handmade chewy wheat noodles????, topped with sesame paste, roasted peanuts ????and two of the most quintessential Sichuan condiments: sweet aromatic soy sauce and chilli oil????️ This is sided by Chengdu-style Silken Tofu, made of fresh silken tofu dressed with soy sauce, homemade chilli oil, sesame, chopped preserve mustard, spring onion, coriander and roasted peanuts.
