Sunday dinner: FAR is cooking at Josephine

Restaurant FAR is a small eatery run by a passionate team with vegetables on their minds – on November 16th they are setting up at Josephine on Amager, to cook you a 3-course Sunday menu! FAR opened its doors in August 2024 by Thor Birkedal (former chef at Hildr) and Rasmus Faber (sommelier). Their concept is simple: everything is vegetarian, organic, seasonal, and as local as possible. The restaurant is an homage to roots - both the ones that grow in the ground and our own: who we are, where we come from, and how we became the people we are today. After a turbulent year filled with great reviews, a nomination for “Restaurant of the Year,” and a tour of several Danish festivals and cultural events, FAR has established itself as an ambitious player on the Danish food scene.
