After Work Wellbeing

Join us on 26. August from 5pm to 7pm in the Wellbeing Area at 25hours Hotel Indre By.

This event is a two-hour wellbeing session combining yoga and a mindful sauna experience.

The evening begins with a 50-minute dynamic yoga class led by Katrine, followed by a guided sauna infusion (saunagus) with June. Light snacks and refreshments are included.

The price is 300 DKK per person.
