This event is a three-hour wellness experience combining Aroma Cupping™ with guided sauna rituals.

During the session, you’ll learn Aroma Cupping™, a gentle massage technique using silicone cups and botanical body oils, guided by Slow Sense founder Ditte Maria. The experience continues with sauna rituals using matching essential oils, creating one continuous sensory journey.

Fresh fruit, energy balls, tea and water are served throughout the experience. No previous experience is needed.
