Nobody Told Us: Menstrual Health Journal Club is a discussion group where research on menstrual health is explored through open conversation and shared experiences.

Join us on 26. August from 5pm to 6pm in the Fireplace Lounge at 25hours Hotel Indre By. Together, we’ll look at scientific studies, question common myths and discuss what menstrual health research means in everyday life.

The conversation goes beyond periods and bleeding, touching on the many ways menstrual health can affect wellbeing, energy, work and daily life. No scientific background is needed, and there is no pre-reading required.

Come with curiosity and join a welcoming space for learning, reflection and discussion. Participants receive 10% off drinks and snacks at Assembly Bar and NENI.
